This page summarises the Guest Booking Terms in plain language. It does not replace them.
Every experience has its own cancellation policy
The Operator sets it, and it is shown on the experience page and again at checkout before you pay. Most policies give a full refund if you cancel a set number of hours before the start, and some give a partial refund closer to the time. For example, a 48 hour policy means a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the start time, and no refund for a change of mind inside that window.
If the Operator cancels, you get your money back
Weather, safety and low numbers happen in the outback and on the water. When an Operator cancels or substantially changes an experience, you are entitled to a full refund or a rebooking of your choice, whatever the stated policy says. That is your right under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you need to cancel
Email or call the Operator using the details on your confirmation, or email [email protected] and we will arrange it. Tell us the booking reference on your ticket. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days of being issued, depending on your bank.
What you get back
The refund is calculated on the policy and the time you cancel. Our platform fee never reduces your refund. If you would prefer store credit with the same Operator instead of money back, say so. Credit lasts at least three years.
Group bookings
If some of your group cannot come, contact the Operator. Many will reduce the booking or move the date where the policy allows.
Something went wrong on the day
If the experience was not as described, contact the Operator first. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will help resolve it. Your consumer guarantees apply regardless of the Operator's policy.
